MJ10007 is a high-voltage, high-speed NPN silicon power Darlington transistor. It was designed by Motorola (now part of Onsemi) for power switching in circuits where a very fast turn-off time is critical.  

​Key Characteristics

​Type: Power Darlington transistor. A Darlington transistor is essentially two transistors in a single package, amplifying the current gain and allowing a very small input current to control a much larger output current.  

​Polarity: NPN (Negative-Positive-Negative).  

​Applications: It's well-suited for high-power switching applications such as:
