LM319H high-speed dual voltage comparator (NOS GOLD LEADS)

The LM319H is a high-speed dual voltage comparator housed in a rugged hermetic TO-100 metal can, ideal for military and high-reliability industrial use. Operating from single 5 V or dual ±5 V to ±15 V supplies, it delivers a fast response time of typically 80 ns at ±15 V, enabling precise signal comparison. With a maximum input offset voltage of 8 mV and an open-collector output, the LM319H can interface flexibly with TTL, DTL, RTL logic families, as well as lamps and relays, supporting robust and versatile circuit applications.
